The information in this online service on the Internet (hereinafter – “the Service”) is provided by Tachlit – the Institute for Israeli Policy (registered number 580732915) (hereinafter – “the Institute”), and is provided subject to the terms and conditions detailed below.

The term “user” below means any person who contacts or communicates with the Service. Use of the site is subject to additional statements or conditions that may appear on the site and the Institute may terminate the user’s use of the site if he fails to comply with any of the terms of this agreement.

The terms of use of the site are formulated in the masculine form for convenience only, and they also refer, of course, to women.

In these terms, the term “content” or “content” includes information of any kind and type, including any verbal, visual, audio, audio-visual content, or any combination thereof, as well as their design, processing, editing, distribution and presentation, including (but not limited to): any image, photograph, illustration, animation (animation), diagram, figure, image, sample, video, sound file and music file; any software, file, computer code, application, format, protocol, database and interface and any character, sign, symbol and icon.

Copyright

The trademarks on the site are the sole property of the Institute – or, to the extent that they were published on behalf of advertisers, the sole property of these advertisers. They may not be used without their prior written consent.

The quoting party must indicate the source of the quote. The user is prohibited from making any distortion, damage or other modification to the protected material, or from any action that diminishes the value of the protected material, which may harm the honor or reputation of the copyright holder.

Liability

The Service is offered to the general public “As Is”.

The Institute shall not be responsible for adapting the Service to the needs of the user. Likewise, the Institute shall not be responsible for errors and/or omissions in the material presented in the Service. The Institute shall not be responsible for changes made to the material presented in the Service by the user or by any third party.

The information and advice provided on this site cannot be used as the basis for any legal and/or other proceedings.

The Institute shall not be responsible for any damage caused to the user and/or any third party as a direct or indirect result of the use of the Service, including damage caused by the use of software applications that were downloaded directly through the Service or were activated as a result of the use of the Service, including Internet applications.

This agreement shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any matter relating to this agreement and the use of the site shall be the competent courts in the Jerusalem area.

It is hereby clarified that the Institute shall be entitled, at its sole, full, and absolute discretion, to edit, delete, or refuse to display user comments that, in its judgment, harm any third party, violate any law or statute, contain defamatory content, or do not align with the Institute’s professional, ethical, and moral code.

Use of the website is conditioned upon the user’s agreement to all the terms and conditions detailed above and below.
