Sabrin Hojerat

Head of Governance and Planning

Sabrin Hojerat is the Head of Governance and Planning Division at Tachlith.

Sabrin is an expert in public policy, strategic planning, and promoting gender equality, with extensive experience leading processes in the public and social sectors. In 2023, she was selected for Globes’ list of 40 Promising Female Leaders Under 40.

Before her current role, Sabrin served as Head of the Strategy and Planning Department at the Ministry of Culture and Sport, where she led the establishment of the ministry’s strategic infrastructure. During the 2023 war, she was appointed by the Prime Minister’s Office to an emergency role and served as the Regional Director for the Shfela area in the national evacuation response system.

In her previous roles, she worked as a consultant and project manager at the Ministry of Education, and as the Northern District Director at the nonprofit organization “Aharai – Youth Leading Change,” where she promoted youth leadership and civic engagement. She is a graduate of Israel’s Civil Service Cadet Program, through which she worked in the National Leadership Reserves Department at the Prime Minister’s Office.

Sabrin holds three master’s degrees—in Public Policy (Hebrew University), Educational Counseling (Oranim College), and Gender Studies (Bar-Ilan University)—as well as a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics (Oranim College).
