Noam Lerer is a Research Associate at Tachlith.
She is a qualified lawyer, holding a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree, graduating with highest honors, and a Master’s degree (M.A.) in Government, Public Policy, and Political Marketing with honors from Reichman University.
During her academic studies, Noam served on the editorial board of the Law and Business journal, participated in the Clinic for Social Legislation, and was awarded the prestigious Anne Marie Oudemans Radzyner Scholarship of Excellence.
Prior to joining Tachlith, Noam worked for approximately two years as the legal assistant to Professor Aharon Barak, former President of the Supreme Court of Israel, and subsequently completed her legal internship in the Regulation Division of the Department of Legal Counseling and Legislation (Economic Law) at the Ministry of Justice.
