Hagar Kaminer is a research associate in the Research Division at the Tachlith Institute.
Hagar is a qualified attorney and holds an LL.B. in Law and a B.A. in Philosophy from Tel Aviv University. She completed her legal internship in the International Proceedings Cluster of the International Law Department within the Ministry of Justice’s Legal Counsel and Legislation Division.
During her studies, Hagar served on the editorial board of Theoretical Inquiries in Law and participated in the Refugee Rights Clinic. In addition, she worked as a research assistant at the Faculty of Social Sciences at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, as well as in the research workshop of the Meir Shamgar Center for Digital Law and Innovation at Tel Aviv University. Following her internship, Hagar continued working at the university as a teaching assistant in a course on international law.
Alongside her professional and academic work, Hagar has been volunteering for five years with the Foundation for the Welfare of Holocaust Victims.
