Dr. Gilad Weiner is the Director of Research Programs at Tachlith.
Gilad holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (summa cum laude) and a Ph.D. (through the direct track) from the Program in Conflict Resolution and Management at Bar-Ilan University, where he was a Presidential Fellow.
Gilad is a lawyer and mediator who advises and lectures in the fields of public mediation, consensus building, and conflict resolution. He completed his legal internship at the Supreme Court of Israel, in the chambers of the late Miriam Naor, former President of the Court.
Before joining the Tachlith Institute, Gilad served as the CEO of the Israeli Congress.
In his past, Gilad worked as a litigation attorney at a leading law firm, as well as a researcher at the Israel Democracy Institute.
In addition, he was a Research Fellow at the Judicial Dispute Resolution Lab and at the Ernst Ludwig Ehrlich Studienwerk (ELES) Foundation.
Alongside his professional and academic work, Gilad is actively involved in a wide range of social initiatives both in Israel and abroad.
