Dr. Tal Mimran is a Senior Fellow at Tachlith.
Tal also teaches law & technology at the Hebrew University, and serves as a faculty member at Zefat Academic College. Tal consults policy makers, tech companies and UN agencies on the intersection between law and technology, including AI, and he participates in international working groups (e.g. in NATO). In the past, Tal represented Israel before UN human rights bodies as a legal adviser in the Ministry of Justice, and served in reserve duty as an operational legal adviser (consulting the IDF chief of the southern command).
