Dr. Gilad Viner

Senior Reseacher

Gilad Viner is a Senior Researcher in Tachlith.

Gilad holds a Bachelor’s degree (summa cum laude) in Law and a Ph.D. (direct track) in Conflict Resolution and Management from Bar-Ilan University, where he was a President’s Scholar. Gilad is a lawyer and mediator who consults and lectures in the fields of public mediation, consensus building, and conflict resolution. He completed his legal internship at the Supreme Court in the chambers of the late Miriam Naor, Chief Justice (ret.). Before joining the Tachlith Institute, Gilad served as CEO of the Israeli Congress.

Previously, Gilad worked as a litigation department attorney at a leading law firm, as well as a researcher at the Israel Democracy Institute. Additionally, Gilad was a research fellow at the Judicial Conflict Resolution Laboratory and at the Ernst Ludwig Ehrlich Studienwerk (ELES) Foundation.

Alongside his professional and academic activities, Gilad is involved in extensive social initiatives both in Israel and abroad.
