Prof. Yaniv Roznai

Senior Fellow

Prof. Yaniv Roznai is a member and Deputy Dean at the Harry Radzyner Law School, and Co-Director of the Rubinstein Center for Constitutional Challenges at Reichman University. He holds a doctoral degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) Law School, a Master of Laws (LL.M) from LSE, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in Government from Reichman University. Prof. Roznai’s research areas are comparative constitutional law, constitutional theory, and legislation theory.

Prof. Roznai is the Co-Chair of the Israeli chapter of the International Society of Public Law (ICON-S) and was a member of the Executive Council of the International Society of Public Law from 2019-2022. He is a co-founder of the Israeli Association for Legislation and served as its Co-Chair from 2017-2020. Prof. Roznai previously served as the Secretary General of the Israeli Association of Public Law and is currently a member of its Executive Board. In 2015-2016, Prof. Roznai served as a post-doctoral fellow at the Minerva Center for the Rule of Law under Extreme Conditions, University of Haifa, and at New York University’s (NYU) Hauser Global Law School. Prof. Roznai’s research has been published in leading academic journals worldwide.

His research has been presented at leading universities around the world including Yale, Harvard, Princeton, Stanford, Oxford, Texas, Berkeley, Cornell, Indiana, New York, University of Hong Kong, Washington University in St. Louis, and others.
