Gal Golan

Head of Public Policy

Gal Golan is the Head of Public Policy at the Tachlith Institute for Israeli Policy. Prior to her work at Tachlith, Gal served for four years as VP of Strategy at Impact company, where she advised Israeli and international organizations on managing their professional relationships in the Israeli public policy arena and specialized in managing public and political campaigns in Israel.

Gal is a graduate of the Federmann School of Public Policy at the Hebrew University and holds a Master’s degree (M.A) in Public Policy and a Bachelor’s degree (B.A) in International Relations and Political Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

In addition to her role at Tachlith, Gal owns a public campaign management company and is a public council member of a circular philanthropy fund for investing in women’s initiatives of the World Zionist Organization.

Gal is a mother of two, Noam and Nadav, originally from Jerusalem and currently resides in Tel Aviv.
